The Bel Air Arts Festival is one of the largest single day events in the Mid-Atlantic region. Held in Bel Air on the 3d Sunday of September for over 54 years, the Bel Air Arts Festival hosts over 300 exhibitors of fine art, photography, handmade crafts.
